RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return guidelines carefully.


Returns Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

All returns are subject to approval at our discretion.


Return Shipping

For customers located in the United States, prepaid return shipping labels may be provided in certain cases at our discretion.

For international orders (including Canada), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, though exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are shipped safely. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; however, this may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.


Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Packages that are refused at delivery, unclaimed, or rejected due to customs or regulatory reasons are not considered standard returns.

These cases are not eligible for a refund, but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless otherwise specified.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue was due to our error.

Refunds apply only to returns that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Additional Notes

We reserve the right to deny returns that:

  • Do not meet the conditions above

  • Are submitted outside the 7-day return window

  • Show signs of use or damage not caused during shipping
