Shipping Options & Processing Times

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, however processing times may vary due to:

  • High order volume

  • Inventory availability

  • Fraud checks or verification

  • Seasonal demand

Orders placed before carrier cut-off times may ship the same day, but this is not guaranteed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

In rare cases where shipping fees are insufficient, we reserve the right to request additional payment or adjust the shipping method.


Delivery Estimates

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or external factors

We are not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been shipped.


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

We offer international shipping.

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are permitted in your destination country and comply with all local laws and regulations.


Shipping Restrictions & Carrier Handling

Some products may be subject to restrictions or misclassification by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipments may be:

  • Delayed

  • Refused

  • Returned

  • Destroyed

due to regulatory decisions or carrier handling beyond our control.

Tin Foil Fools is not responsible for actions taken by carriers or customs authorities, including refusal, seizure, or destruction of shipments.


Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is:

  • Refused at delivery

  • Unclaimed

  • Undeliverable due to incorrect address

  • Rejected by customs

It may not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Orders that fail delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement. Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Tin Foil Fools is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We may assist in resolving issues at our discretion.


Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for carrier-related issues, including:

  • Delivery delays

  • Missed deliveries

  • Tracking inaccuracies

Carrier performance is outside of our control.


Third-Party Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party logistics providers. While we coordinate fulfillment, we are not responsible for carrier-related delivery outcomes once the package has been shipped.


Additional Notes

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Restrict shipping to certain regions or products

  • Adjust shipping methods when necessary
